40,000 Square Foot Historic Loft Office Space

History:
Originally completed in 1904, this six-story building was one of the largest neoclassical commercial buildings remaining in what was the center of Houston's financial district from the turn of the century through the Great Depression. The building was designed by the Firm of Lewis Sterling Green and Gerhard C. Sverz.
It's curved corner bay, limestone ornamentation and large scale ranges of bay windows make it a dominant element of the lower historic market square district. The building was redeveloped into historic loft office space in July, 2000.
