History:
The building was originally completed in the early 1950’s and was formerly occupied by CASA’s Catering.
The original structure was a raised house that comprised the second floor with retail added on the first floor. A distinct feature of the property is the refurbished Texas limestone facade which was original to the building and was re-furbished.
The developer converted the upper floor to four residential flats and the first floor to retail and restaurant space in 1997.
