History:
Originally completed in the early 1970’s, this office/warehouse space served as the Houston office of Wood Lepperd Mechanical Contractors. The two-story structure originally had offices on the first floor and a drafting area on the second floor.
In 1996 the building was redeveloped into alternative office environments for tenants looking for nontraditional office space.
